For years, Gerard Magloire composed music with a theme of love for his country, but also sadness over the state of confusion and lack of peace plaguing the island nation for decades. This footage depicting the outcry over a sudden rise in gas prices affecting millions of Haitians is used as a back drop to underscore Gerard's belief that this country--his country can do better. He simply asks, 'Kot lwa pey m yo!" (Where is the law (order) in my country!)
